Very nice design, and very roomy. It holds everything I need. The color works year round.

Easy to wear because of the generous shoulder strap length. Zipper is very smooth making it easy to open and close. Too notch Coach quality!

I love this bag! The size is just enough for me and my items.

Purchased the glazed leather maple on sale because I've been looking for a good brown east/west bag. This empire carryall *is noticeably stiffer/wider, it doesn't squeeze down very comfortably under your arms, however the straps are long enough so that you don't have too much volume right under your armpit. In my try-on, the bag has a habit of one strap staying on, while the exterior flops a little due to stiffness. The bag will stay on, but that does affect the look. Overall though, the glazed maple is a great finish/color and I decided to keep, hoping to customize with pins in-store soon since I don't love the custom placement options online.

Standout when I wear dress. Enough to carry just wallet phone and keys. Chic for sure!
